​April McCormick

Secretary of the Board

​April McCormick is a Randolph County native with a deep commitment to service and community well-being. She currently serves as a Corps Officer with The Salvation Army in Statesville, North Carolina, and previously served as an Associate Pastor with The Salvation Army in Augusta, Georgia. With a heart for helping others, April brings compassionate leadership and a strong understanding of community needs to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University and serves as Secretary of the Board, contributing strong organizational skills, thoughtful insight, and a service-driven perspective to board leadership. Her experience working with diverse populations allows her to approach challenges with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset. ​April is dedicated to fostering inclusive, community-centered solutions that strengthen both individuals and families.
